iPhone 6 Pre Orders Cause Apple Website To Crash
The iPhone 6 became available for pre order on Friday at midnight PST. With everyone trying to pre order the new phones, the overwhelming traffic crashed Apples website. This resulted in many frustrating customers. Many have reported on Twitter of lengthy delays and slow loading times for the page. Some also report that they where brought to a maintenance page instead of the pre order page. Ordering the phone might not be the only trouble costumers have faced as some claimed that the iPhone 6 Plus is already sold out. Along with all this some have to wait 3 to 4 weeks before their phones ship. iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are to be released on September 19 in the US with other countries to follow.
