Psychonauts 2 Announced At The Game Awards 2015

During The Game Awards 2015, Double Fine President Tim Schafer took the stage to unveiled something I and many other thought we’d never seen, the long requested Psychonauts 2. A sequel to the 2005 cult hit is something fans have being waiting a long long long time. Psychonauts 2 picks up after the first game’s cliffhanger ending. Raz and the gang arrive at Psychonauts headquarters following the rescue of Truman Zanotto, the Grand Head of the Psychonauts, who’d been kidnapped during the first game’s conclusion. The studio needs just one more thing before diving into development, $3.3 million from investors and fans. Double Fine is seeking that cash on the crowdfunding platform Fig. Fig allows people to actually invest in a game and share in its profits, rather than dealing strictly in "donations" like Kickstarter, Indiegogo and other crowdfunding programs.
