Harmonix has announced some bug fixes to Rock Band 4 that are coming in January. One of these bugs is an exploit that allows drummers to double trigger overdrive. This bug will unfortunately forces Harmonix to wipe the leaderboards entirely. In the future, the developer will be able to make song specific changes. The leaderboard reset won’t impact local saves. You’ll still have any full combo accomplishments. You’ll also keep that statistics related to how many times you’ve played songs. When the update goes live, specific local song data will be overwritten the next time you play each track. This is very unfortunate for Rock Band 4 players, but it’s something that just be done.
