EA will be skipping E3 this year, in the traditional sense that is. EA will have a special engagement from June 12-14 at the Nokia Theater in LA. It will be open to the public, and will feature new games and some hands-on time. A press conference is still likely take place on June 12, but that part isn’t confirmed yet. It seems that more and more companies are getting away for the traditional E3 format and doing things differently. I say good on EA for doing this, mainly because this will be open to the public allowing more people to try some newly announced games and give the developers some feed back. What do you think of EA doing this ?
