More rumors about a new 4-inch iPhone have surfaces. This rumor claims the phone will be called the “iPhone 5e” instead of the iPhone 6c. The “e” supposedly stands for ”enhanced.” Chinese website cnBeta has shared some new details about the device, including new hardware specs. Previously we heard, the 4-inch iPhone would have an A9 chip as used in the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus along with camera specs similar to the iPhone 5s. Now, however it sounds like it will instead come equipped with an A8 chip and 1GB of RAM, putting it more in line with the iPhone 6, 6 Plus and the latest iPod Touch model. The report also claims that the iPhone 5e will have a standard 16GB model and a larger 64GB model, nothing abut a 128GB model. It will also be available in Rose Gold alongside the usual iPhone colors. This rumored 4-inch iPhone is rumored to release in either February or March starting at $500. What do you think of this so call “iPhone 5e” ? I curious to see how it does given that its a 4-inch iPhone with the power of the iPhone 6. This could be a huge success for Apple as some people aren’t fans of the size of the iPhone 6/6s and 6 Plus/6s Plus (4.7 and 5.2). Guess well just have to wait and see.
