Popcap has announced that a Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 beta will come later this month. The beta will be open on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and begin on January 14 through January 18. The beta will include a few maps, as well as 6 new playable character classes: plants Rose, Citron, and Kernel Corn, and zombies Imp, Super Brainz and Captain Deadbeard. Players will also get a taste of both classic and new modes and limited access to Backyard Battleground, a mode that connects players to every map and mode.
