Microsoft has reported that players using Xbox Live has increased 30% year over year, with active users now at 48 million. That inclusive of paid subscribers and those who use services for free. That number is up from 39 million last quarter. Microsoft defines active users as those that have logged in within the past month. What do you think of this “jump” in users ? It does seems rather impressive, but how many of those users are Xbox 360 users vs Xbox One users ? That is the real question that we’ll never have an answer to.
