Apple Launches A Support Twitter Account


Apple has created an official Twitter support account to provide customers with tips, tricks, and customer service regarding the product and services. Apple will directly respond to customer tweets and the account is currently set to accept Direct Messages, although Apple may choose to disable that option. I'm curious to see if any good comes out of this Twitter account, as I feel trolls will just harass the account. Though It could be good for a quick for something. What do you think ?
