EA chief financial officer Blake Jorgensen was speaking at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media and Telecom Conference 2016 about the upcoming lineup for the fiscal year that begins on April 1, 2016. During that, he commented that Mass Effect: Andromeda will be releasing during the company’s fourth quarter,EA’s fourth quarter takes place from January 1 through March 31. “We’ve got our Battlefield first-person shooter game coming in the third quarter,” Jorgensen said. “We have Mass Effect, which is our sci-fi action game, in our fourth quarter”.
