The Future Of Rock Band 4 Is Looking Pretty Bright

The other day at PAX East 2016, Harmonix announced what’s coming to Rock Band 4 this year. In the Fall, Rock Band 4 will be getting an expansion followed by synchronous online multiplayer sometime this Holiday. More details on the expansion will be revealed at E3, we do know it’ll include enhancements to the music library including filtering, a thumbs up/thumbs down rating system along with support for Xbox 360 ION Drum Rockers or E-Kits with a new adapter created by PDP. They are also releasing a new Rock Band guitar controller around the same time. In May there will be some free DLC bandmates in the form of Battleborn’s Miko and Thorn. If you’re a drummer support is coming to let you plug in a second pedal to your drum kit. In June will see a Practice Mode come to the game, which will allow players to slow down songs so you can “get good” at that one section that’s been troubling you. It’ll also have vocal pitch guides for all the vocalist out there. All in all, the future of Rock Band 4 is looking pretty bright in my eyes. I’m really happy to see Harmonix supporting it the way that they have been the last few months. What do you think of the future of Rock Band 4 ?
