DOOM Is Getting Some Awesome DLC

During Bethesda E3 press conference today, Id Software announced that free updates are coming soon to DOOM. Doom's user-generated content and level-creator Snapmap is going to receive free updates, including new construction models, props, weapons, and items. New options will allow users to create their own single player experiences. 2 new modes will also arrive next month for the games multiplayer. This includes Exodus and Sector, as well as a free-for-all mode that will be a classic deathmatch. Also coming to the games multiplayer is a premium DLC titled Unto the Evil. This will feature 3 new maps, such as Offering, Cataclysm, and Ritual. A brand new demonic enemy called the Harvester will also be introduced. This DLC will also include new guns, taunts, armor, and more. Last but not least, the first level of Doom will be free on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
