As we already know, Apple is rumored to remove the headphone jack in the iPhone 7, and new concept images of a third-party Lightning to 3.5mm adapter seem to suggest the rumors are true. Chinese electronics accessory manufacturer Tama Electric, recently listed a device adding an additional micro USB input allowing users to charge their phone while using headphones. The devices also appear to include volume control buttons. Prices are not currently available on the site. This kinda unofficially confirms that the rumored iPhone 7 won’t have a headphone jack. We’ll have to wait till September for an official announcement. What do you think of Apple doing this ?
