You’ll Need 60 Square Feet To Use PlayStation VR

Sony has confirmed that PlayStation VR will require 60 square feet of room to play as its space requirements. The suggested dimensions for PSVR's play area is 9.8 feet by 6.2 feet, which is about 60.8 square feet according to the Sony website. Also according to a PSVR brochure, Sony suggests PlayStation VR users sit while using the headset. "Limit your use of PS VR to within the play area, remain seated whenever possible. If an application requires you to stand while wearing the VR headset, follow the application instructions carefully, and maintain awareness of your surroundings." I honestly don’t know why this is considered new news at the moment. If you’ve gone to a Best Buy and tested the PSVR (which have been going on since late June) then you would’ve gotten that brochure. To me this is common knowledge at this point. But that’s just what I think. What do you think ? PlayStation VR's release on October 13.
