According to the back of the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller packaging, by plugging into the Nintendo Switch console via USB, the controller will automatically sync. Pressing the sync button on the controller will also do the trick but it’s good to know that this isn’t the only option. It’s also worth noting that the packaging also states that the lithium battery can last up to 40 hours off a single charge.
