Apple has spoken to Reuters that it will review its software development process after releasing a software update to fix a security vulnerability in macOS High Sierra.
“We greatly regret this error and we apologize to all Mac users,” Apple says. “Our customers deserve better. We are auditing our development processes to help prevent this from happening again.”
The tech giant said that security “is a top priority” but “regrettably we stumbled with the release of macOS.”
