Ubisoft has announced a new Assassin's Creed title, Assassin's Creed Odyssey. The short clip Ubisoft has posted on Twitter shows someone in assassin garb being kicked off a cliff by a spartan soldier, 300 anyone ? Both the tweet and the video then simply say "See you at E3." It turns out to be Assassin's Creed Odyssey, likely named to invoke the ancient Greek epic poem of the same name written by Homer. Between Assassin's Creed Syndicate and Assassin's Creed Origins, the French developer announced that they would be pursuing a 2 year development cycle for the series to focus on quality.
