Next Gen AirPods Pro Rumored To Have Heart Rate Detection Sensor

According to 52Audio, the next version of AirPods Pro will have a heart rate detection sensor that will gather and analyze the wearer's inner ear data to monitor heart rate. According to the report, the heart rate monitoring sensor may also measure temperature.

In terms of audio performance, 52audio believes that the Apple AirPods Pro 2 will mimic the acoustic characteristics of the AirPods 3, which are equipped with a combination of bespoke high-amplitude drive units and high-dynamic-range amplifiers, resulting in sensitive sound quality. It will also feature self-adaptive equalization, spatial audio for dynamic head tracking, audio sharing, and other functionalities, according to the report, "offering a full wireless audio experience.

The AirPods Pro 2 are said to have a completely new design that eliminates the small stem that protrudes from the bottom for a look similar to the Beats Fit Pro. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes the new AirPods Pro will increase shipments to well above 100 million.
