Wii U GameCube Adapter Will Only Work With Super Smash Bros.

Nintendo has clarified that the GameCube controller adapter for Wii U will only be compatible for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. The GameCube controller adapter will ship alongside Super Smash Bros. for Wii U when the game is released on November 21 in the US and December 5 in the Europe. It allows players to connect up to four GameCube or WaveBird controllers to the console.
