There Are 18.5 Million PlayStation 4’s Sold

Sony has shared its holiday sales data which shows that 4.1 million consoles were sold to customers during the holiday season. According to this report, the total unit sold of PlayStation 4’s is now 18.5 million worldwide. The PlayStation 4 is selling faster than the PlayStation 3, as it  took almost 2 years to reach the same sales milestone. In other news, customers brought home 17.8 million games inclusive of retail and digital purchases, bringing the total to 81.8 million. Also Microsoft announced that 10 million Xbox One units had been shipped in November 2014.
