Capcom has announced that Street Fighter V will have a beta to test the online features of the game. The beta will be available to those pre-order the game, no other way to get access to the beta is known at this time. Capcom also revealed that character Charlie Nash will make his return to the Street Fighter series. You can watch Charlie’s trailer here.
