GameFly Lauches GameFly Streaming

Today the video game rental company GameFly announced GameFly Streaming, a cloud based, Netflix like subscription program for games. GameFly also revealed today that it had acquired streaming service Playcast, whose technology will power GameFly Streaming. According to the companies report, GameFly's new streaming program will offer bundles of games for a fixed price, which will start at $7 a month. There are 6 bundles currently available, each containing 7 games focused around a particular theme. One bundle offers LEGO games, while another comes with adventure games such as Darksiders II and Batman Arkham titles. GameFly Streaming also offers a "gamer pack" that comes with 16 games for $10 a month. An interesting factor about GameFly Streaming is available only for Amazon Fire TV as of now. The Amazon Fire TV is only $100 were as a gaming console can cost up to $500 (if you include accessories) and a PC can cost even more then that. Does GameFly Streaming seem intestine to you ? Is this better tun buying a games console ?
