During todays Nintendo Direct, Nintendo has announced Paper Mario: Color Splash. When Prism Island has been drained of color, it’s up to Mario to make things right again. Mario comes armed with a paint hammer to bring back the color. The paint hammer will be used to solve environmental puzzles and resurrect fallen Toads as well. Players can also paint cards using the GamePad’s screen, and then flick them onto their TVs to start battles. Paper Mario: Color Splash is coming to the Wii U in 2016. You can watch the full Nintendo Direct below. UPDATE 6/15/16 - During E3 2016, Nintendo has announced that Paper Mario Color Splash will be coming to Wii U on October 7th.
