The Nintendo NX Is Rumored To Have An x86 Architecture

A Reddit user named “Untypedhero” has posted details on the rumored NX system, pointing out that it will be able to interact with smartdevice apps, handle ports of current-gen games and will have an additional screen. 

Here’s the full list of details below:

• x86 architecture.
• Backup data to Nintendo server.
• Support for additional screen.
• Can handle ports of current-gen games.
• Will be able to interact with smartdevice apps.
• Using NX software will unlock My Nintendo reward points.”

As with every NX rumor, take it with a grain of salt, as nothing is official until it has been confirmed by Nintendo.
