Disney Infinity Has Been Canceled

Disney has announced a $147 million charge related to its self published games business and the cancelation of Disney Infinity. Disney has released a statement regarding the series' cancelation, promising 2 more upcoming sets, "including 3 new characters from Alice Through the Looking Glass," as well as a Finding Dory playset in June. Senior vice president and general manager John Blackwell said he wanted to "take a moment to thank" fans of the Infinity line, "not just for your support over the years, but for creating a community" around the Disney toys to life franchise. “We hope you had as much fun playing the game as we had making it," Blackwell wrote. Kinda sucks to see Disney Infinity go (Especially since I literally purchased it on Saturday) I really enjoyed seeing Disney, Marvel and Star Wars character s all in one place.
