Pokemon GO Not In Japan Because Of Server Capacity, Coming Soon

Niantic CEO John Hanke has explained to Forbes why Pokemon GO isn’t in Japan yet. To what should be a surprise to no one it’s because the server capacity in Japan just couldn’t cope with the demand that the game will undoubtedly see. However, Pokemon GO is expected to be released in Japan by the end of July.
