Sony's VP of publisher and developer relations Adam Boyes announced that he will leaving Sony and return to game development. Boyes made the announcement on Twitter (which you can see below) where he said, “I want to go make games again.“ Boyes history in video games includes time with EA, Next Level Games, Midway, Capcom, Starbreeze, and Beefy Media. Below you will also find a video of Boyes and Shuhei Yoshida in 2013 explaining how to share PlayStation 4 games. It’s a video I’ll never forget. Thank you for all that you’ve done at Sony. You will be missed and I wish you the best of luck in what ever game you are working on.
After an incredible journey here at PlayStation, I've made the very hard decision to return to the world of game development!— Adam Boyes (@amboyes) July 8, 2016
UPDATE 7/26/16 - Boyes has been named the new CEO of Iron Galaxy. The studio, has worked on Videoball, Wreckateer, and Divekick most recently worked on seasons 2 and 3 of Killer Instinct. I'm really excited to see what Boyes does with Iron Galaxy. What do you think ?
