Nightdive Studios has reached its Kickstarter funding goal of $900,000 for the upcoming System Shock remake. The campaign is still going until July 28, so if you want you can back the project here. You can also check out our Test Chamber that takes a look at the remake's demo. The System Shock remake has no official release date yet, but it is said to launch on Xbox One and PC, with Mac and Linux versions underway if the first stretch goal of $1.1 million is reached.

UPDATE 7/20/16 - System Shock Remake is coming to PS4. Nightdive's Jason Fader broke the news, writing:
Some of you might have heard about our Kickstarter that we started a few weeks ago. It’s still early in the project, but there was such a huge demand for a PS4 version that we immediately did what we could to make that happen. Today, I am incredibly proud to announce that System Shock will be coming to PS4 around Q1 2018. We’re excited to be working with Sony on this and can’t wait to see what all of you think of the game!
