Microsoft’s Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller Now Available In White And Cheaper
Microsoft Xbox has announced a new Elite Series 2 controller with a white cover plate, which is currently available for pre-order. The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 - Core in white, like its black sibling, was created with competitive players in mind, with its wrap-around rubberized grip, shorter hair trigger locks, and 40-hour battery life. It's currently available for pre-order for $130 through the Xbox website and select stores. Because it lacks a casing and other spare components required for customization, it is significantly less expensive than the black version, which has a typical retail price of $180.
Instead, Xbox is selling a separate Complete Component Pack for $60, which is also on pre-order. A carrying case, a
thumbstick-adjustment tool, a charging station, two classic thumbsticks, one tall thumbstick, one dome thumbstick, one cross-shaped D-pad, two medium and two micro paddles, and a USB-C cable are included in the package. By selling the pack separately, individuals who currently own all of the components from the black Elite Series 2 will be able to purchase the new controller separately at a lower price. However, if you want both the white controller and the component pack, you'll have to pay $10 more than if you purchase the black version.
